If you have just signed up, or you are thinking about it, this is the whole path from your first minute to your first withdrawal. It follows what really happens on the platform, in order.
Step 1: Create your account with your real name
Use the name that is on your bank account. This matters more than anything else on this list. Your withdrawals are paid to a bank account, and the name on that account has to match the name on your FiniTasks account. If they do not match, the withdrawal is sent back.
You will also be asked to confirm your email address. Use an email you can really open, because that is where we send important notices.
Step 2: Link the social accounts you use
Many tasks are on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Telegram or WhatsApp. For some of them, you link your own account first, and a staff member checks that it is real and belongs to you. This is how the platform makes sure advertisers get real people and workers get genuine tasks.
Use your real, personal account. A second or borrowed account is not allowed, and a new empty account is likely to be rejected.
Step 3: Pick a task and read it first
Every task shows what you will be paid before you start. Under it you will find two things worth reading every time:
- The instructions: what exactly to do
- The proof rules: what screenshot you need to send
Taking thirty seconds to read these prevents most rejections.
Step 4: Do the task from your own account
Open the link, do the task, and leave it in place. If the task is to follow a page, stay following it. If it is to join a group, stay in it. Undoing the action afterwards defeats the purpose and can lead to a reversal.
Step 5: Take your proof screenshot after it is done
The most common mistake is a screenshot of your own profile. That does not show the task was done. Instead, take the screenshot once the action is complete, showing that it went through. For example:
- A follow: the page you followed, with the button showing "Following"
- A subscription: the channel, with the button showing "Subscribed"
- A group or channel: the group you joined, open on your phone
- A like: the post, with the like showing as pressed
We have a full guide with examples in how to take a proof screenshot that gets approved.
Type your own username in the box on the form. That is what the advertiser checks. It does not need to appear in the screenshot.
Step 6: Wait for the decision
Your submission is reviewed. If it is approved, the amount moves from pending to your available balance. If it is rejected, you are told the reason. Most rejections can be fixed and sent again. If you honestly believe a rejection was wrong, you can appeal it, and FiniTasks staff look at it.
Step 7: Withdraw to your bank
When your available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal (shown on your wallet page), you can request a withdrawal to your bank account. You will be notified when it has been sent, or if it has been returned and why. Our guide to withdrawing your earnings explains the details and the common reasons a withdrawal is sent back.
The mistakes that cause most rejections
- A screenshot of your own profile instead of the finished task
- Sending the same screenshot for more than one task, which is rejected and counts against your account
- A cropped screenshot that hides the button or the page name
- Doing the task from a different account than the one you gave
- Not reading the proof rules
A note on referrals
If you tell friends about FiniTasks and they sign up with your referral link and do approved tasks, you earn a small share of what the platform makes on their work. It does not reduce what they earn.
