Support
Most questions here are about one submission, and most of those have an answer inside your account rather than in a queue. Start with the section that matches what happened.
Last updated 1 October 2026. These are the routes that exist today.
A submission was rejected and you think it was wrong
Appeal it. Sign in, open the submission, and file an appeal with your reason written out. Say what the task asked for and what your proof shows, because that is what the person reading it has to compare.
- The appeal window is 24 hours from the decision.
- The advertiser can accept it. Only FiniTasks staff can turn it down.
- One appeal per submission, and the decision is final.
- If it is upheld, the submission is approved and you are paid, exactly as if it had been approved in the first place.
A submission is still waiting
There is nothing to chase. Every submission is checked, and you are paid as soon as it is approved. You can follow it under My submissions.
Signing in
Sign in with the email address you registered with. It is the identifier tied to your account, so it is worth keeping access to it.
To be straight with you: there is no self-service password reset on the site yet. If you can still sign in and want to change anything about your account, do it while you are in there.
Go to sign inPayouts
- Approved earnings sit in your available balance. There is a minimum before you can withdraw, and the current figure is on your wallet screen.
- Payouts go to a Nigerian bank account in your own name. The name your bank returns has to match the name on your FiniTasks account, so register with the name the bank has.
- A transfer carries a reference you can quote to your bank if you need to trace it.
Anyone asking you to pay
Working on FiniTasks is free. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, no training fee, and no payment to release your earnings. Nothing is deducted from what you earn. The only charge is a small bank transfer fee on each withdrawal, shown before you confirm it.
FiniTasks will never ask you for money to work or to withdraw. Anyone asking you to send money in our name, or asking for a payment to unlock a withdrawal, is not us, whatever they show you.
The same goes for a task that asks for your BVN, your card details, or a bank password. No task here will ever ask for those. Report it and the campaign is removed.

For anything the routes above do not cover, including advertiser questions about a campaign or a wallet balance, write to admin@finitasks.ng.
Include your account email address and, where it is about one submission, the reference shown on it. That is what lets somebody find it without a round of questions first.
