Two sides, one check in the middle
A worker does a task and sends proof. It is checked, then accepted or rejected with a reason. Disputed rejections come to us. Pick the side you are on.
The worker path
Create an account with your real name
It has to match the name on your bank account, because that is what payouts are checked against. Changing it later means verifying again.
Pick a task and read the rules first
Every task states what counts as proof and what gets rejected. The amount per task is shown before you start, in naira.
Do the task, then submit proof
Usually a screenshot, and a link where the task asks for one. The form checks the obvious problems on the spot, so you are not waiting a day to find out a URL was wrong.
Your work gets checked
Approved moves the amount from pending to available. Rejected tells you exactly what failed, and most rejections can be fixed and resubmitted once. If you think a rejection was unfair, appeal it and FiniTasks staff decide.
Withdraw to your bank
From ₦1,000.00 available. A small bank transfer fee is taken from each withdrawal, and your wallet shows what will reach your bank before you confirm. Transfers go out through Korapay and carry a reference you can quote to your bank.
The stamp means it was settled
Every approved submission carries one, dated and tied to its own reference, recording who approved it and when. Where it is missing, no money has moved.
What gets rejected, and why we say so
Account name mismatch
The screenshot shows an account that is not the one you signed up with. Resubmit from your own account.
Action undone
The follow or comment was removed after the screenshot. Each task says how long the action has to stay live, and it is on the task before you start it.
Right category, wrong campaign. Check the task reference on your submission against the one you opened.
Rejections are written by the advertiser who made the call, not chosen from a dropdown of codes. If you think one is wrong, appeal it. FiniTasks staff open the proof and decide, and that decision is final.
